i had a strong class this morning- a little stiff- but i pulled through. after class i met rachel for lunch at whole foods. we hit up the salad bar. man...was i one happy camper. i seriously should buy stock in whole foods. it is my happy place(the prices on the other hand make me..not so happy). what a wonderful healthy bounty of delicious nutritious food! i could write a sonnet about it. wf how i love you..let me count the ways. 1- veggie and fruit salad 2-tofu masala veggie stir fry

i was feeling thai inspired. thai salad creation includes.....bib lettuce. red pepper, carrots(insert gabby horse joke here:), chopped cilantro, red onion, and green onion. 3 crushed cashews and a pinch of sesame seed, tofu and annies low fat gingerly dressing. absolutely delish!
i also added a wasa whole grain toast with 2 oz(only one pictured - i ate the other 2 :)avacado a generous squirt of lime, and couple of pinches of sea salt and chili powder. yum and yum. i will definitely have that as a snack again!
hope everyone had a great weekend! it was so nice to reconnect with friends, listen to some awesome tunes and hang with the fam on sunday. i am truly blessed!
it was grandma skeeters' 84th birthday- we celebrated with brunch on sunday. in the middle of eating out of nowhere she bursts out and says 'taylor didn't you use to have an afro.' everyone died laughing. she is a hoot-i love you skeeter!
